2. Description of Service

POLYBOTS is a curated directory for discovering and comparing trading bots and tools for prediction markets such as Polymarket. Visitors can browse listings, compare bots by reported performance, and submit bots and tools for review.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on prediction markets or online trading in your location.

4. Submissions

When you submit a bot, tool, correction, or other content to the Service, you:

• Retain ownership of the content you submit
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and edit that content within the directory
• Represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and not misleading
• Agree that any content we publish may be viewed by anyone

5. Review of Listings

• All submissions are subject to review, editing, and approval at our discretion
• We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time
• Listings must be relevant to prediction markets such as Polymarket
• You must have the right to submit the bot or tool being listed
• Submissions must not promote or facilitate illegal activity

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fabricated performance figures
• Submit content that violates intellectual property or other rights
• Spam, harass, or abuse the Service or other users
• Submit malicious software, or tools designed to harm or defraud users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without our permission

7. Not Financial Advice

POLYBOTS is an informational directory. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no listing is a recommendation to use any bot or to trade on any market. Trading on prediction markets carries significant risk, including the total loss of funds. Always do your own research before using any tool or placing any trade.

8. Third-Party Bots, Tools & Links

The Service lists bots and tools built by third parties and links to external websites. We do not build, operate, host, or control these tools and do not endorse or guarantee any of them. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability, or practices of any third-party bot or site. You use them entirely at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by POLYBOTS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, complete, or error-free. Performance figures shown are reported by third parties and are not verified or guaranteed by us.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLYBOTS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or of any third-party bot or tool discovered through it, including any trading losses. Please do your own research before using any tool.

12. Changes to Terms
